This website is published by DRAFTOX, an independent design and development studio. By browsing it you agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse the site or any form it contains.

You may link to any public page on this site freely, provided the link is not presented in a way that misrepresents the studio or its work.

DRAFTOX relay systems are sold in 16, 24 and 40-channel configurations at the prices shown in the shop. Descriptions of features and status on the product pages describe the current offering and may change. Configuration, delivery, and installation are confirmed with you directly before any order is dispatched.

The cart and checkout collect an order with your delivery details, and you can choose to pay online or by Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay (card, UPI or netbanking); card and bank details are entered on the payment provider's page and never stored by this site. A Cash on Delivery order is confirmed straight away and paid in cash when it is delivered. An online order is marked paid only after the provider verifies the payment — a browser callback alone never marks an order paid. Configuration, delivery and installation are confirmed with you directly before any order is dispatched. Nothing on the product pages is a binding offer to sell.

Client work, real case studies, testimonials, and studio metrics will only be published once they genuinely exist and can be verified.

Descriptions of services, processes, and deliverables explain how the studio works. They are not offers, quotations, or commitments. Timelines, pricing, and scope are agreed in writing for each project before work begins.

If a project is accepted, the written scope for that project takes precedence over anything written on this website.

The site's design, copy, code, and original artwork belong to DRAFTOX unless stated otherwise. The DRAFTOX name, logo, and product names and images are brand assets and may not be used by third parties without permission.

You are welcome to quote short excerpts of the site's writing with attribution.

The site is provided as-is. Content is reviewed for accuracy when published, but the studio does not guarantee that every page will be available uninterrupted or free of errors at all times.

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched, from the My Orders page in your account. If you paid online and the payment was already verified, the amount is refunded to your original payment method. A Cash on Delivery order cancelled before dispatch takes no payment at all. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled; you can instead use the return process below after delivery.

If a delivered system is defective, damaged in transit, not as described, or the wrong item, you can request a return from the My Orders page within 10 days of the verified delivery date. The delivery date we rely on is the one recorded against the shipment, not the date a problem is first noticed. A return request includes a description and, optionally, photographs, and is reviewed by the DRAFTOX team.

Once a return is approved and the item is received, any amount due is refunded to your original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds are issued in Indian Rupees for the amount actually paid; how long the money takes to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. A Cash on Delivery order has no online payment to refund.

Relay systems carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects: 6 months for the 16-channel system, 12 months for the 24-channel system, and 24 months for the 40-channel system, measured from delivery. The warranty covers the supplied DRAFTOX hardware and does not cover damage from incorrect wiring, mains faults, physical damage, or installation by anyone other than a qualified electrician.

Delivery is arranged after the configuration is confirmed with you. Shipment and tracking details are shared by email, and a private tracking link lets you follow progress. Where a courier is used, the courier handles the physical delivery under its own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.
